Skill Score is a personal tracking and development score that determines an individual’s proficiency for skills that are mapped to a Job Profile. Users can be ranked or compared against each other with similar units of measure. Think of it as a credit score for your career development! Each job profile will have a maximum Skill Score of 1,000 points.
How does it work?
The Skill Score will be added and calculated for each job profile based upon the completion and passing of exams for each course mapped to a job profile. Each time you finish all of the courses in a skill you will see your Skill Score go up. Learn.com's Skill Score algorithm calculates the value of the skill automatically based upon how many skills are mapped to a job profile and voilà, you get your Skill Score!
